Each Flower is centered with a genuine Swarovski Crystal for just a tad of bling. This collar is manufactured in the USA. We recommend yourdog should always be walked with a harness. Our collars are designed for ID tags, charms and for decoration. They are not designed for pulling dogs This collar is a 1/2 inch wide!
